KS1 Teacher | Primary Education | Full-Time Opportunities

Tradewind Recruitment is supporting a welcoming primary school seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join its teaching team. The school places equal importance on academic achievement, personal development and creating an environment where every child feels supported to succeed.

Situated in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, this opportunity would suit an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to establish themselves within a collaborative staff team.

The role includes:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum while adapting learning to meet the needs of pupils with differing abilities. You'll assess progress, provide constructive feedback and create an inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident to participate and achieve.

Working closely with colleagues and parents, you'll contribute to the wider life of the school while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attendance and achievement.

Essential requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within Key Stage One.
Good knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Strong classroom management.
Effective assessment and planning skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
