Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer in Banbury for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established business that invests in its people and offers a competitive salary of £60,000.
The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults and PLC's Fault finding.
* Minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards.
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
About You
* Apprentice trained or hold a recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent).
* Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
* Previous experience within food manufacturing or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of PLC fault finding is advantageous.
* Flexible to work a rotating three-shift pattern.
