This is an excellent opportunity to join an established governance team during a period of transition and provide essential support across a complex group structure involving multiple Boards and committees.

The immediate priority will be helping the organisation successfully deliver its September Board cycle.

The assignment is expected to continue through to at least the December cycle while the organisation develops and recruits its future permanent governance structure.
