We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of the Deaf to join a specialist school in Barnet from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and highly specialised environment where you can help deaf and hearing-impaired pupils grow in confidence, achieve their potential and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons

Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Work closely with specialist staff, families and support teams

Monitor progress and support individual learning plans

Help pupils develop communication, independence and confidence

We are lookimg for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working with deaf or hearing-impaired pupils

A strong understanding of inclusive teaching

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs

Benefits to you:

Excellent rates of pay

Full-time, 5 days a week

Long-term opportunity from September

Potential for a permanent contract

Free online Team Teach Level 1 training
