💼 £35,000 – £40,000 + Excellent Benefits
📍 Acton, West London
🏗️ Data Centres | Mission Critical Construction

Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding specialist contractor to recruit a Project Controls Engineer to join one of the UK's most exciting live data centre developments.

Our client has built an exceptional reputation for delivering complex projects across the Data Centre, Defence and Energy sectors, combining technical expertise with long-term client partnerships. This opportunity offers the chance to become part of a business delivering some of the country's most challenging and rewarding construction projects.

Initially based on a flagship hyperscale data centre development in Acton, you'll play a key role in supporting project performance through high-quality reporting, data analysis and project controls, helping project teams make informed decisions throughout the construction lifecycle.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams and Planners, you'll maintain project controls systems, produce meaningful reports and dashboards, analyse programme and performance data, and help drive continuous improvement across project reporting.

You'll become a trusted source of project information, ensuring data is accurate, timely and presented in a way that supports successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, data and construction within a fast-paced project environment.

About You

You'll already have experience within a project controls, reporting or project support environment and be comfortable working with large volumes of project data.

Experience using Power BI is essential, while knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar planning software would be highly advantageous. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls or a related discipline would also be beneficial, although we're equally interested in practical experience and a proactive attitude.

What's on Offer?

* Salary between £35,000 – £40,000

* Car Allowance (where applicable)

* BUPA Healthcare & Cash Plan

* Competitive Pension Scheme

* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off

* Ongoing training and genuine long-term career progression

* Opportunity to work on one of the UK's flagship data centre developments

Interested?
