The company
This company is a fast growing and forward-thinking business within the construction industry. They are well established and have a great reputation within the local area. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their team based out of their high spec offices. This business works hard to ensure that every employee is valued and recognised for the work that they are doing within the in company.
Duties:
Act as the main liaison between office departments and project teams
Coordinate project-related orders and workflows
Ensure effective communication across departments and teams
Oversee administrative team and provide support and guidance to the administration team
Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Organise departmental management meetings
Lead and participate in meetings as required
Monitor completion of action items within agreed timescales
Support timely follow up on team responsibilities
Conduct regular internal reviews of company systems and processes
Ensure systems and processes remain aligned with ISO standards
Identify areas requiring review and continuous improvement
Manage priority tasks across departments as required
Provide support to departments to ensure key priorities are completed Key Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in office management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
A self-motivated team player with the confidence to work independently and lead others.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.
