The Role

As a Graduate Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.

Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.

Build strong relationships with children, parents and school staff.

Support pupils to achieve their full academic and personal potential.

Complete your ECT induction within a supportive school where applicable.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.

Is passionate about primary education and inspiring young learners.

Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continual professional development.

Has high expectations for learning, behaviour and pupil achievement.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
