HR Services Advisor

Hays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool centre, that provides essential shared services support to a large global workforce and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and service excellence are highly valued. Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Shared Services Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for 3 months minimum.

(4 days on-site, one day from home).

Your New Role

Reporting to the Head of People Services & Transformation and working as part of a supportive HR operations team, you will play a key role in delivering transactional HR support across an international employee population.
This role would suit an organised HR professional who enjoys process-driven work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable managing high volumes of administrative activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

Processing employee life cycle transactions within the HR system
Supporting onboarding activities and issuing contractual documentation
Producing offer letters, employment amendments and termination documentation
Managing employee transfers and changes across various business areas
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity
Responding to HR-related queries and supporting managers and employees with transactional processes
Supporting the wider People Services team with HR administration and operational activities
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across multiple regionsWhat You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience within an HR Shared Services, HR Administration or HR Operations environment
Experience processing a high volume of employee life cycle transactions
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with HRIS/HCM systems
The ability to manage repetitive processes accurately whilst maintaining high service standards
Experience supporting international HR operations would be highly advantageousWhat You'll Get in Return
