We are delighted to present an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer at a reputable independent automotive accident repair centre in Andover. Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. This is a highly skilled role suitable for experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
Benefits:
Salary up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Performance-related bonuses based on hours sold, achieving on-target earnings of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
30 days’ annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
Optional overtime to increase earnings

Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime optionalDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare and prime vehicle bodywork according to manufacturer and customer specifications
Mix and colour-match paints accurately to ensure perfect colour matching
Spray all repaired areas to a high-quality finish, ensuring a durable and professional appearance
Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs as required
Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products, techniques, and industry standards
Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster customer loyalty and referrals
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety compliance
Ensure accurate and orderly administration of your work, adhering to company proceduresRequirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and ATA certification are desirable but not essential; extensive experience will be considered
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Team player with good communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
