We’re working with an award-winning multidisciplinary building consultancy in Bristol that is looking to strengthen its team with the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys a varied workload and wants to take on greater responsibility across both professional and project work, while supporting the development of junior team members.
The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building surveying services across commercial, residential and public sector projects, with work including condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations, party wall matters and wider consultancy services.
What you’ll be doing
Leading building surveys, condition assessments and technical reporting
Delivering contract administration and project management duties
Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
Advising on dilapidations, party wall matters and wider professional services
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor
Supporting and mentoring APC-level surveyors within the team
Who we’re looking for
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or close to achieving chartership)
Solid experience across core building surveying disciplines
Confident managing projects and client relationships
Strong report writing and technical knowledge
A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor junior surveyors
