We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major OneStream ESG implementation project at a prominent and global FMCG organization.

The focus is on enabling ESG reporting and assessing sustainability impacts across a large farmer networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Design ESG-related business processes and reporting solutions.
• Support the implementation of OneStream ESG capabilities.
• Define and validate sustainability KPIs and greenhouse gas calculations.
• Work closely with business, finance, sustainability, and technical teams.

Required Experience

• Strong Business Analysis experience on enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven experience in OneStream implementations.
• Deep understanding of ESG reporting and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) calculations.
• Experience with Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
• Strong data modelling and process design skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Experience in the food, agriculture, dairy, or process manufacturing industries.
• Exposure to sustainability reporting across farmer/cooperative environments.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 8months + with extensions
• Location: Mostly remote with occasional onsite travel to Netherlands
• Contract Type: 40 hours per week, freelance
