About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support a major international transformation programme for a global enterprise.
The successful consultant will play a key role in defining and designing a global SAP EWM template that will be deployed across multiple countries and business units. This is a strategic role requiring strong functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering global template or multi-country SAP programmes.
- Lead SAP EWM functional design workshops with global business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Define and develop a scalable global SAP EWM template and best-practice processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Provide solution guidance aligned with SAP best practices.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, SAP functional teams, integration consultants, and project management.
- Support solution validation, design governance, and template standardisation.
- Identify process improvements and recommend industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice throughout the design phase of the programme.
Required Experience
- 8-10+ years of hands-on SAP EWM consulting experience.
- Strong experience delivering SAP EWM implementations from design through deployment.
- Proven experience defining or contributing to global templates or multi-country SAP programmes.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, inventory management, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
- Strong workshop facilitation and business process design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in international project environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Knowledge of SAP TM, MM, SD, PP, or QM integration.
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, logistics, or similar industries.
- Previous experience working within global system integrator-led programmes is advantageous.

Candidates based in The Netherlands are preferred to enable occasional on-site attendance for workshops. Strong candidates located in nearshore European countries are also encouraged to apply, provided they are comfortable working remotely and travelling only when required for key project activities.
