The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team. You will support pupils across the primary age range with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a real and lasting difference to children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Support the delivery of tailored and differentiated learning
Implement EHCP targets and individual support strategies
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionalsThe Ideal Candidate

Proven experience working with children with SEN (essential)
Strong understanding of a range of additional needs
Patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
