Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionalsThe Ideal Candidate
Proven experience working with children with SEN
Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
