Do you have experience delivering housing projects and a strong understanding of the Renters' Rights Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017?
We're recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority seeking an experienced Project Officer to support the implementation of the Renters' Rights Act. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the biggest changes to housing legislation in recent years.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the Renters' Rights Act implementation programme
Provide specialist housing advice and legislative guidance
Develop policies, procedures and project documentation
Monitor project progress and produce reports
Work closely with Housing Options teams and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with housing legislation and best practiceAbout You
Experience within Housing or Homelessness services
Strong knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
Previous project delivery experience
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Confident producing reports and analysing dataInterested?
