Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Are you a qualified MHE Trainer or MHE Instructor with experience assessing operators within a warehouse or logistics environment?
ISQ Recruitment is recruiting an MHE Assessor for an established automotive logistics business in the Wolverhampton area. You will assess operator competence, provide practical coaching and promote consistently safe working standards across the site.
Working closely with Operations and Health and Safety, you will also support incident investigations, maintain training records, coordinate equipment servicing and assist with racking assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess new and existing MHE operators and provide practical feedback and coaching.
Monitor operator standards and address unsafe working practices.
Complete training and assessments in line with operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records and evidence of operator training.
Support investigations into MHE incidents and equipment damage.
Liaise with Operations and the MHE provider to coordinate servicing and repairs.
Carry out periodic racking assessments to SEMA standards, with additional training available. Skills and Experience:
You must hold an RTITB Lift Truck Instructor qualification and a Scissor Lift Instructor qualification.
Experience in an MHE training or assessment role within a warehouse environment is desirable.
Good knowledge of MHE safety and manual handling practices.
Manual handling knowledge to assessor level would be advantageous.
Confident communication and coaching skills, with the ability to positively influence others.
