Keeping a fast-moving production environment running takes skill, quick thinking and the ability to solve problems before they impact operations. If you're looking for a role where your expertise genuinely keeps production moving, this opportunity as a Multiskilled Engineer will put you at the centre of a busy food manufacturing operation.

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with fully paid breaks, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, minimise downtime and help improve the reliability of production equipment. Skilled Worker visa applicants are also welcome to apply.

Your responsibilities as Multiskilled Engineer

Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
Support continuous improvement projects to improve plant reliability and performance
Complete maintenance documentation and ensure maintenance systems remain up to date
Work closely with production teams to maximise equipment availability
Maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety, hygiene and GMP at all times
What we're looking for in a Multiskilled Engineer

Recognised electrical engineering qualification such as HNC or equivalent
Ability to fault find on both mechanical and electrical systems
Previous maintenance experience within a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable
Experience working with PLCs, inverters and production machinery is advantageous
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, health and safety and food manufacturing standards
Working Hours
4 on 4 off rotating shifts
Days: 05:30 – 17:30
Nights: 17:30 – 05:30
All breaks are paid.
