We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Stock & Logistics Coordinator to join a growing pharmaceutical wholesaling business.
This is a varied position that combines stock administration, order processing, logistics coordination and operational support. Working closely with the sales, purchasing and warehouse teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed, dispatched and delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate stock records and customer information.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and is looking for a position that offers variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Administration

Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and Excel.
Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders.
Maintain accurate customer, stock and order information.
Update internal databases and administrative records.
Generate reports and support inventory management activities. Stock Control & Inventory

Monitor stock levels and support stock management processes.
Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
Assist with stock tracking and inventory reporting.
Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately. Logistics Coordination

Arrange and coordinate deliveries and shipments.
Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules.
Track orders and resolve delivery issues when required.
Support transport planning and dispatch activities. Operational & Warehouse Support

Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support goods-in, goods-out and dispatch activities when required.
Assist with checking incoming deliveries and preparing outgoing orders.
Occasionally support deliveries subject to business requirements. Customer & Supplier Liaison

Provide updates on orders, deliveries and stock availability.
Handle customer and supplier enquiries professionally.
Build strong working relationships across sales, purchasing and warehouse functions.
Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues where necessary. Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within logistics, stock control, warehouse administration, order processing or a similar coordination role.
Strong IT skills, including Excel and internal systems.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential. Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm (45-minute unpaid lunch break).
Salary: £27,750 per annum.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with some days reserved for the Christmas shutdown period.
Company pension scheme.
Supportive and collaborative working environment. About You
You may currently be working as a Logistics Administrator, Operations Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Stock Controller, Warehouse Administrator or Order Processing Administrator and be looking for a role with more variety and responsibility.
