Trainee Electroplater – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Position Type: Full-time (Temporary to Permanent)
Training: Full in-house training provided (No experience necessary!)

We are a local, well-established manufacturing business in Hitchin seeking strong, dependable production-minded individuals to join our team as Trainee Electroplaters.
You don’t need previous electroplating experience—we will provide full, comprehensive in-house training from day one. If you bring a strong work ethic and 100% reliability, this could quickly turn into a long-term, permanent career opportunity.
What We’re Looking For:
100% Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, with a dependable attitude.
Physical Fitness & Strength: This is a active production role that requires physical stamina.
Quick Learners: Enthusiastic about learning a specialist trade hands-on. Wages will increase once trained
Team Players: Ready to get stuck in with a dedicated local team.
Location & Transport Note:
We are based in Hitchin.
If you do not drive, please note our facility is a 20-minute walk from Hitchin train station. Candidates will need to be fit, mobile, and comfortable making this walk daily in all weather conditions.
Free car park onsite.
Hours - 8am till 5pm Mon - Thur. 8am till 1pm on Fridays
30 minute lunch break
