About This Role

We're looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young boy living with his family in Leominster.

You'll provide person-centred care, supporting him with his daily routine, personal care, medication and the activities he enjoys, while helping him remain safe, comfortable and happy at home. You'll also support his clinical care needs, with full training provided, and build a positive relationship with both our client and his family.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while becoming a valued member of a dedicated care team.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare need such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding and bowel care is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.

* Have the right to work in the UK.

* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.

* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

* Full UK driving licence

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
