About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living within our Extra Care scheme, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

Personal care

Medication support (where applicable)

Meal preparation and basic cooking

Light household tasks

Companionship and emotional support

Supporting residents to access activities and social opportunities

Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times

Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

Right to Work in the UK – We are currently unable to offer sponsorship.

Ability to work day shifts and waking night shifts and alternate weekends.

Good English communication skills.

A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

A genuine desire to support others and make a positive difference to people's lives.
