Project Architect
Location: Northampton
Salary: £45-50,000
An established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Project Architect to join its busy Northampton studio. With an extensive portfolio spanning more than 50 years, the practice works across a broad range of sectors including industrial, education, hospitality, leisure, research and development, public sector and residential projects, with schemes ranging from £500k to over £200m.

Manage projects through all RIBA work stages.
Produce and coordinate design and technical information.
Lead project delivery from concept to completion.
Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Deliver projects using Revit as the primary software.
Prepare presentations and project documentation.
Support junior team members where required.What we're looking for
Qualified Architect with proven project delivery experience.
Strong design, technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Revit proficiency.
Experience coordinating consultants and project teams.
Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
