We are currently working with a leading social housing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties throughout the Cheltenham area.

The RoleAs Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents, the client and site teams, ensuring clear communication throughout planned maintenance works.

Working closely with residents, site managers, operatives and client representatives, you will help minimise disruption, resolve resident queries and maintain excellent customer satisfaction while ensuring works are completed efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Acting as the main point of contact for residents before, during and after planned works.
Providing regular updates to residents regarding programme dates, access requirements and any changes to scheduled works.
Arranging property access and coordinating appointments with residents.
Handling resident enquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Building positive relationships with residents, housing officers and client representatives.
Supporting site teams to ensure works progress with minimal disruption to residents.
Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions, appointments and project updates.
Using internal IT systems to record information, update databases and produce reports.
Carrying out resident visits across multiple sites within the Cheltenham area.
Promoting excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction throughout the project.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer within the social housing or construction sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service experience with the ability to build rapport with residents.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and internal databases/CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites.
Experience working within occupied social housing properties is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.What's on Offer
