The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Company who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer covering Cheltenham.
Our client is looking for someone with experience of property maintenance and customer service to be liaising tenants and workforce on site, whilst works are being completed.
Experience within the housing sector is advantageous.
Day to Day:
Site visits liaising with tenants and contractors
Assisting with the selection of products for installation works
Sending out email and letter correspondence
Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
Dealing with complaints
Attending site meetings for programme updates with contractorsRequirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Excellent communication skills
Understanding around maintenance and construction would be beneficial
Ability to work under pressure
It Literate
Experience of working in the Social housing sector would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence essential
