We are looking for candidates who can provide safe, respectful and person-centred support while working professionally as part of an established care team.
The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting individuals with their daily routines
* Providing personal care where required
* Promoting independence, dignity and choice
* Supporting with activities and community access
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
* Completing accurate care records and handovers
* Following individual support plans and risk assessments
* Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct
Requirements
Applicants should have:
* Previous experience within care, support work or a similar setting
* A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
* Good communication and record-keeping skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility to work the required shift pattern
* The right to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to complete the required checks
* Suitable references and compliance documentation
