Basic salary of £40,000
On-target earnings of £48,000 - £55,000+ (uncapped bonus scheme)
Paid overtime at time and a half
No weekend work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Outstanding long-term career prospectsDuties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

Complete servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
Conduct diagnostic assessments and repair vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools
Execute mechanical and electrical fault finding with precision
Support and mentor junior technicians to enhance team knowledge
Perform pre-delivery inspections and vehicle handovers
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality
Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork
Liaise effectively with customers and service advisors regarding repair work
Work independently while contributing to the workshop team’s successRequirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or professional workshop
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
