About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of economic and regulatory capital. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across Europe and be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partner teams to deliver projects related to COREP, Statistical, Finrep, and Anacredit.
• Utilise your accounting and data analysis skills to design and implement a new regulatory reporting platform.
• Document business and technical processes for data sourcing and reporting.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and testing teams to produce comprehensive business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and review test scenarios developed by QA testers.
• Maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Ensure governance policies are adhered to across the project portfolio.
• Act as an advisor to software developers during project phases.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in mandatory regulatory implementations within a Tier 1 Investment Bank.
• Strong understanding of financial products and key asset classes (Debt, Equity, Commodity).
• Excellent data analysis skills with experience in writing BRDs and reviewing Technical Specifications.
• Familiarity with visual BI/ETL tools (eg, Alteryx, Informatica).
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel and SQL.
• Experience in creating test scenarios and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various levels and locations.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
