Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers.
Drive sales and improve customer retention through effective team management and service quality.Requirements of a Workshop Manager:
Proven experience as a Commercial Workshop Manager or within the automotive industry as a technician with leadership responsibilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Good understanding of commercial vehicle operations and key performance indicators.
Ability to motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
