Are you a driven recruitment resourcer, talent acquisition coordinator, talent sourcer or recruitment administrator looking for more than just another recruitment role?

This is a rare opportunity to join the in-house Recruitment Team at the UK's leading home improvement businesses. Operating across multiple brands and locations nationwide, we are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to help us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across a wide range of vacancies.

Whether you're currently working in recruitment, HR, administration, or talent sourcing, this role offers the chance to develop your career within a busy, supportive and professional in-house recruitment team.

Working closely with our Senior Recruitment Partner and wider HR function, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and social media platforms.
Supporting recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions and locations.
Conducting initial candidate searches and screening activities.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Creating and managing engaging job adverts across multiple advertising channels.
Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and diary management.
Maintaining recruitment systems, candidate records and vacancy information accurately and compliantly.
Producing shortlists, reports, recruitment trackers and interview documentation.
Supporting onboarding and pre-employment administration activities.
What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with people who:

Enjoy identifying and engaging talent.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Have excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
Are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships.
Have experience within recruitment, HR, administration, customer service or a similar support role.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Have experience of candidate sourcing, recruitment administration or applicant tracking systems (desirable).
Are looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
