The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to source, attract, and qualify candidates for a range of temporary vacancies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms.
* Arrange candidate interviews and manage interview schedules.
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM
* Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Support recruitment consultants with candidate shortlists and market research.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* A confident communicator with strong telephone skills.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Professional, positive, and resilient.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools.
* Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
