As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other key partners to support the delivery of affordable housing across multiple developments. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help drive affordable housing sales, manage partnership agreements and ensure successful delivery of homes from planning through to completion.

Client Details

Our client are well known Property & Construction contractor based in the Midlands looking to add a Partnership Manager to their house build operations.

Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Registered Providers, housing associations and local authority partners.
Lead negotiations relating to affordable housing transactions and partnership agreements.
Support the delivery of affordable housing strategies across a portfolio of residential developments.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure developments remain commercially viable.
Manage affordable housing disposals from initial discussions through to legal completion.
Monitor market activity and identify new partnership opportunities.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on affordable housing pipeline and performance.
Represent the business at industry events and stakeholder meetings.
Support planning applications and Section 106 negotiations where required.

Profile

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within:

Residential development
Affordable housing
Housing associations
Strategic partnerships
Land and development
Regeneration or mixed-tenure developmentsYou will also possess:

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
Knowledge of affordable housing delivery and the wider housing market.
An understanding of Section 106 agreements and affordable housing tenures.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
