Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Social Housing Refurbishment
Location: London & South East
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Car Allowance + Package
Job Type: Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing refurbishment contractor with a strong pipeline of planned maintenance and regeneration projects across London and the South East.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams and the client, ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption and excellent customer satisfaction.

The Role
Working alongside the site management team, you will support residents throughout refurbishment works, keeping them informed, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during and after works.
* Keep residents informed of project progress, schedules and any changes.
* Arrange property access and coordinate appointments.
* Resolve resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Build positive relationships with tenants, client representatives and site teams.
* Carry out resident visits and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
* Support the site team in delivering projects with minimal disruption.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confident dealing with residents in occupied properties.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
