I'm recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a luxury 62-bed residential care home with a Good CQC rating and an outstanding 10/10 review score on (url removed).
Working alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting your team, maintaining high standards of care and helping to drive the service forward.

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home continues to deliver exceptional standards of care, compliance and resident experience.
You'll be involved in:
Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
Leading, motivating and developing the care team
Maintaining CQC compliance and high-quality standards
Overseeing audits, governance and continuous improvement
Supporting care planning, assessments and resident wellbeing
Building strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
Promoting a positive, supportive culture throughout the homeAbout You
To be considered, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care home
A proven track record of leading and developing care teams
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred careA current NMC PIN would be advantageous, but I'm equally keen to hear from experienced non-registered Deputy Managers with a strong background in elderly care leadership.
