We are recruiting for an experienced Admin / HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining HR support, administration and process improvement. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring effective HR processes are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers

* Support employee relations, absence management and performance processes

* Maintain HR policies, procedures and confidential employee records

* Support recruitment, onboarding and new starter processes

* Assist with payroll, training records and compliance requirements

* Improve HR processes and documentation

* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations

About You:

You will be an organised and proactive HR professional with:

* Previous HR experience and strong administration skills

* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

* Excellent communication and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

* Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office

A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
