Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer/handyperson in SW London.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) plenty of overtime available on site.
£32,000 - £33,000 + company benefits
Large static siteResponsibilities:

Painting and Decorating
Carpentry - Door hanging
Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes
Assembling furniture
Basic Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferred
