• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works on a daily and weekly basis.
• Carry out plumbing tasks, fix leaks, and perform carpentry repairs.
• Handle silicone and grouting tasks to maintain building integrity.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
