Salary: Upto £28,000 per annum

Due to continued business demand, they are looking to appoint an organised and proactive HR Administrator on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of the role being extended or becoming permanent.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing an excellent service to employees across the business.
This is a varied position that would suit someone with previous administrative experience within HR or a strong administrator looking to develop their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
Providing first-line HR administration support to managers and employees
Assisting with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and supporting onboarding processes
Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters
Processing changes to employee information including promotions, transfers and contract amendments
Monitoring and recording employee absence, holidays and other HR-related data
Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required
Assisting with compliance checks and ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately
Producing reports and providing administrative support to the wider HR team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Assistant or Administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support a busy team
