You will work collaboratively and flexibly to deliver a high-quality HR service. Providing general support to the HR department. This will include providing first line support, dealing with queries and resolving issues by providing clear advice and guidance.

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Coordinating all employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, role changes, promotions, transfers, probation and leavers.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all information is up to date and GDPR compliant.
Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, providing professional and timely support.
Preparing HR reports and maintaining records.
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, analysing CVs and building talent pools.
Processing all pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation, liaising with internal teams including SHEQ and Learning & Development.
Collating and preparing payroll information, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and resolving payroll queries.
Recording and monitoring employee absence, coordinating return-to-work documentation and maintaining attendance records.
Coordinating health surveillance, ensuring assessments and follow-up actions are completed within required timescales.
Administering company vehicle documentation, driving licence and insurance checks, and supporting the electric vehicle scheme.
Coordinating recruitment FEC information and maintaining employee benefits records.
Arranging HR meetings, room bookings and supporting HR events and projects.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and carrying out other ad hoc duties to support the HR team and wider business.What We’re Looking For

Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and quality of work
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
