gap technical are proud to be representing this National manufacturing business in their search for a Multi Skilled Electrically Biased Engineer to work at their facility based near Ellesmere Port

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Diagnose faults, including PLCs and electrical systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, Kaizen)
Contribute to equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning
Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and performanceCandidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 4 / HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
18th Edition (or equivalent)
Multi-skilled experience with strong fault-finding capability
PLC diagnostics and ladder logic experience
Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and reliability
