Location: Harrogate

Salary: £100 to £115 per day

TeacherActive is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a long-term supply position starting on 1st September. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work across all primary year groups, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and promote positive learning outcomes.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting
A passion for supporting children with additional learning needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to adapt to the needs of different year groups and individual pupils
A patient, caring and positive approach to supporting children's learning and wellbeing
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
