An established and highly respected professional services organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of its operations.
This is a varied and rewarding position offering the opportunity to take ownership of office administration, people management, facilities coordination, and business support functions. The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, making it an attractive opportunity for someone looking for flexibility alongside responsibility.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day management of office operations, ensuring high standards of service, organisation, and professionalism across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing the reception and administration team
* Providing PA and executive support to senior management as required
* Coordinating the production and distribution of the company's monthly newsletter
* Managing supplier relationships and contracts
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal IT-related issues and liaising with external support providers
* Supporting HR administration and employee-related processes
* Assisting with project costings and general business administration
* Working alongside the Facilities Manager to oversee premises and facilities matters
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
* Providing wider operational support to Directors and senior management

There may also be opportunities for the successful candidate to become involved in selected finance-related activities, depending on experience and business needs.

About You
We are looking for an organised, confident and adaptable individual who thrives in a busy professional environment.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, Practice Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
* Experience managing, motivating, and developing staff
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
