Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development
Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance management, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews
Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support informed business decisions
Drive employee engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives across the organisation
Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and organisational risk
Support strategic people projects and deputise for the People Director when required
What we're looking for in a HR Business Partner
CIPD Level 5 qualification or Chartered CIPD status
Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and delivering organisation-wide people initiatives
Experience using people data and insight to support strategic decision-making
Ability to lead organisational change, workforce planning and complex employee relations matters
Working hours
Full-time, hybrid working with approximately 2–3 days per week on site.
