Job Description:

Qualified Vehicle Mechanic (Vans/Commercial) – Full-Time
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Family-run Van Dealership with 20+ Years' Experience is expanding! We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our friendly team. Ideally, you’ll have a background working on vans or light commercial vehicles, but we’re open to all skilled technicians with the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vans (mainly ex-fleet)

* Perform MOT preparation work and rectify issues as required

* Conduct road tests and ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy

* Maintain accurate records of work completed

* Work independently and efficiently within a small team

Ideal Candidate:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or higher)

* Previous experience working with commercial vehicles or vans preferred

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Reliable, hard-working and detail-oriented

* Full UK driving licence (essential)
