Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Foreman to join our team on a high-spec office fit-out project in Cambridge.

As the Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating mechanical operatives on site.
• Overseeing the day-to-day mechanical installation works to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently.
• Liaising with the Project Manager, and other trades to ensure the project programme is maintained.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and progress on site.
• Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety regulations.
• Managing labour and subcontractors while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

To be considered, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Foreman or Mechanical Supervisor.
• A strong background in mechanical building services, ideally on commercial or office fit-out projects.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred).
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• The ability to coordinate labour, subcontractors, and project deadlines effectively.
