Location: Rickmansworth, with some travel in London
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Emergency & Acute Care

Provide onsite emergency response and first-line treatment
Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
Participate in emergency response training and preparednessClinical & Treatment Services

Run nurse-led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
Deliver evidence-based care in a professional and well-structured environment
Support employees with appropriate clinical advice, treatment and onward referral where requiredHealth Screening & Surveillance

Carry out pre-employment and safety-critical medicals
Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
Support drug and alcohol testing
Undertake fitness-for-work assessmentsWellbeing & Prevention

Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
Provide lifestyle advice and support long-term health improvements
Deliver engaging health talks and health education sessions

About You

Essential:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
Confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable travelling to sites across London when requiredWe'd be particularly interested in hearing from:

Experienced Occupational Health Nurses looking for their next opportunity
Nurses with A&E, emergency care or acute clinical backgrounds looking to transition into Occupational Health
Nurses with experience in workplace health, industrial nursing or occupational medicineDesirable:

Previous Occupational Health experience
Experience delivering health surveillance or workplace medicals
Experience in emergency response or first aid provisionOccupational Health experience is desirable but not essential, and training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
