We Do Social Work
We Do Social Work is recruiting for a SEND Customer Services & Complaints Officer to join Cheshire East Council's SEND Service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong customer service, complaints handling and administrative skills to support the delivery of high-quality SEND services. The role involves managing SEND complaints, compliments and enquiries, coordinating responses to Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests, liaising with the Local Government Ombudsman, producing performance reports, and supporting continuous service improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a statutory or local authority environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of SEND legislation, complaints processes and customer service standards.
