Training manager PLM/SAP
Location: Hoofddorp (Hybrid)
Contract: 5 months+
Start: 1st of September 2026
We're looking for an experienced Training Manager to support a PLM/SAP integration programme and drive user adoption across business and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training for key users and end users.
- Work closely with Business Process Owners and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, and training environments.
- Support system validation, go-live activities, and post-launch adoption.
- Create sustainable training documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP environments.
- Good understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes and systems.
- Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or factory environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP implementation or integration projects.
- Knowledge of change management and user adoption methodologies.
- Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
