The Role of the Assistant Site Manager:
Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and wider project team, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major construction project. You'll assist with the day-to-day management of site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor health & safety, and help ensure works are delivered on programme and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career with a leading main contractor.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're open to candidates from a variety of construction sectors, although experience within main contracting, large-scale build projects, or high-value internal fit-out packages would be highly advantageous.
Requirements of the Assistant Site Manager:
Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor working for a main contractor.
Exposure to delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships on site.
A solid understanding of health & safety and quality standards.
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or working towards SMSTS).
