We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a new build residential development in Bicester.

Working alongside the existing site team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development

* Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring site activities

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety

* Assisting with quality control and site inspections

* Ensuring work progresses in line with programme

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Available to work Tuesday 4th August through Friday 7th August
