Your responsibilities as HSE Manager

Lead the site's health, safety and environmental agenda, embedding a proactive safety-first culture.
Drive behavioural safety programmes and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor performance data, identify trends and develop practical improvement plans.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all health, safety and environmental matters.
What we're looking for in a HSE Manager

Previous leadership experience within health, safety and environmental functions in manufacturing or industrial environments.
NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
IOSH membership at TechIOSH level or above.
Strong working knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
Experience investigating incidents, analysing trends and implementing improvements.
Experience gained within heavy manufacturing, engineering, COMAH-regulated or other high-risk industries would be highly advantageous.
